  62.         are reasonably required by Secured Party.
  63.      5. Upon default in payment or performance of any
  64.         obligation for which this security interest is
  65.         granted, or breach of any provision of this agreement,
  66.         then in such instance secured party may declare all
  67.         obligations immediately due and payable and shall have
  68.         all remedies of a secured party under the Uniform
  69.         Commercial Code.
